Welcome to the Glenfield Bridge Club website.

 

We play bridge at the Glenfield Memorial Hall (LE3 8DL) every Wednesday and at St Bartholomew’s church hall at Kirby Muxloe (LE9 2AN) every Saturday.  Please arrive by 710pm at both venues to allow play to commence at 715pm.  If you need a partner for Wednesday please phone Dennis Bradley on 0116 2871145.  Partners for Saturday can be found by phoning Nick Daniels on 07765800125.

This is your EBU so take this opportunity to let us know what you think about our existing services and the services you would like to see us develop in the future. The questionnaire covers English Bridge, competitions, tournaments, education and development, members’ services, club services and much, much more.

Winners of the club duplicate on Saturday 18th December 2010 were Gary Duddle & Bharat Thakrar. Gary & Bharat scored 71.25%, the highest score for December so far but just failed to wrest the lead for the best increase on average percentage from Gerry Bucciero & Roger Cook. Glenfield B team drew with Blaby C on 15th December 2010.

 

Winners of the club duplicate on Wednesday 15th December 2010 were Marjorie Gilbertson & Gerry Bucciero.  Gerry Bucciero & Roger Cook retain the lead for both December prizes.  Click here to see RESULTS

 

Glenfield A team beat County A 7-5 on 1st December 2010.  Peter Neville & Tim Glover achieved the best analysis.

Glenfield C team lost to Ashby B 3-9 on the 1st December 2010.  Wendy & Baz Thomas achieved the best analysis.
